Memory Tin

These Terms of Use govern your use of Memory Tin ("the app"), published by Peidus Products OÜ. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own personal use, subject to these terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

Your photos and deletion

The app helps you review your own photo library and delete photos you no longer want. Deletion is permanent-ish and it is yours to confirm: every removal goes through Apple's own deletion prompt, and deleted items go to your library's "Recently Deleted" album, where iOS keeps them for a limited period before erasing them for good. We cannot recover a deleted photo for you. Keep your own backup (for example iCloud Photos or a computer backup) before a long clean-up session. The app never deletes anything you have not swiped away and confirmed.

Subscriptions and purchases

The app offers an optional premium upgrade as an auto-renewing subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. Where a free trial is offered, unused trial time is forfeited if you purchase a subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the app — not your own lifetime.

Advertising

The free version may offer an optional rewarded video ad when you reach the daily limit — you choose whether to watch it. Ads are non-personalized. A premium purchase removes them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or attempt to circumvent the intended operation of the app, and not to use it in any way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others. Use the app only with photo libraries you own or are authorised to manage.

Availability

We may update, change, or discontinue features of the app at any time. The core experience is designed to work without an account. Some features (such as analytics, ads and purchases) rely on third-party services and your network connection, and may be unavailable from time to time.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that any particular photo can be recovered after deletion.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peidus Products OÜ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including the loss of photos you chose to delete. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
