Terms of Use
Wird Lock: Prayer Time Focus
These Terms of Use govern your use of Wird Lock: Prayer Time Focus ("the app"), published by Peidus Products OÜ. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own personal use, subject to these terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.
Religious content
The app provides prayer times, the Qibla direction, the text of the Qur'an, and other religious tools for your convenience. Prayer times and the Qibla are calculated estimates that depend on your location, the calculation method and juristic settings you choose, and your device's clock; they may differ from your local mosque or authority. The Qur'an is presented in the original Arabic together with the Marmaduke Pickthall English translation of the meaning (a public-domain translation); any translation is an interpretation of meaning, not the Qur'an itself. Please verify times and rulings with a qualified local authority. The app is a helper, not a religious authority, and issues no fatwa.
App locking and Screen Time
The app uses Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls) to shield the apps you choose during a prayer window or until you complete your daily reading. You decide which apps to lock and can change or remove your selection, or revoke Screen Time permission, at any time. The feature is a self-chosen focus aid; it is not a security or parental-control product, and we do not guarantee that it cannot be bypassed. You remain responsible for your own device and app usage.
Subscriptions and purchases
The app may offer an optional premium upgrade as an auto-renewing subscription and/or a one-time purchase. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. Where a free trial is offered, unused trial time is forfeited if you purchase a subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or attempt to circumvent the intended operation of the app, and not to use it in any way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others.
Availability
We may update, change, or discontinue features of the app at any time. The core experience is designed to work without an account. Some features (such as analytics and purchases) rely on third-party services and your network connection, and may be unavailable from time to time.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that prayer times or the Qibla will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suited to any particular ruling you follow.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peidus Products OÜ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on calculated prayer times or Qibla direction. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
